Gov Mutfwang shakes up plateau govt, removes six officials

Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang has approved the immediate disengagement of six officials from his administration.

The decisions were contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Arch. Samuel Jatau.

The affected appointees are Timothy Golu, Hon. Gwotson Fom, Hon. Nanbol Rimvyat, Hon. Nannim Langyi, Hon. Paul Datugum, and Hon. Nimchak Rims.

Also, the governor approved the immediate suspension of Hon. John Bull Shekarau as Chairman of the Plateau State House of Assembly Service Commission.

While the statement lacks specific reasons for the sack and suspension, the governor appreciated the affected officials for their contributions and services to the state during their tenure.
