
A consulting firm, HYT Consulting, said it has launched its Graduate Training Academy, to boost essential workplace skills among you g graduates.
The firm noted that the academy, a transformative initiative, aimed at equipping young graduates with skills while providing employers with access to a pool of job-ready talent.
The academy which is set to run from July 14 to 18 in Ikeja, Lagos State, is designed to address a growing concern in Nigeria’s job market: the increasing number of graduates lacking the practical skills and experience required in today’s professional environments.
Speaking at the unveiling event, the CEO of HYT Consulting, Mrs Folusho Odegbaike, said the initiative became pertinent to ensure graduates are employable and qualified.

It also helped graduates with critical thinking and problem-solving, practical industry-aligned skills, real-world project experience and mentorship.
Graduates who complete the training will be added to HYT’s exclusive talent pool, giving them direct access to job opportunities through the firm’s extensive client network.
